Regulation of the Minister of Environment and Forestry Number 1 of 2024 concerning the Management of Waste Arising from Disasters

This Ministerial Regulation, implementing provisions of article 30 of the Government Regulation Number 27 of 2020 concerning management of specific waste, concerns specific handling of waste resulting from disasters. The Regulation provides for the following matters: institutions and authorities responsible for handling of waste; specific procedures for handling waste resulting from natural disaster, including transportation and final processing; type of waste, including hazardous and electronic waste; reuse of waste.
