Regulation of the Minister of Environment and Forestry Number 16 of 2024 concerning Resorts at the Technical Implementation Unit of the Directorate General of Natural Resources and Ecosystem Conservation.

This Regulation, implementing provisions of Article 20 of Government Regulation Number 28 of 2011 concerning Management of Nature Reserve Areas and Nature Conservation Areas, provides for effective resort management in nature reserve areas, nature conservation areas and hunting parks. The Regulation covers the following matters: preparation of work area plans for nature reserve areas; collection of data and information; mapping of resort work area; duties of the natural resource conservation resort, including: ecosystem conservation, carrying out inventory activities of potential and disturbance areas, implementing control of the impact of damage to natural biological resources, implementing forest fire control, controlling the presence of wild animals and wild plant species, ensuring biosecurity management, surveillance and control of infectious diseases originating from wild animals and control of invasive species.
