Abstract
This Ministerial Regulation amends the Ministerial Regulation no. P.4/Menlhk/Setjen/PHPL.3/1/2016 concerning Limitations on the Area of Timber Forest Product Utilisation Business Permits in Natural Forests or Industrial Plantation Forest in Production Forests, in order to improve legal order in business permits for the utilisation of wood forest products in natural forests or industrial plantation forests. Amendments concern: restriction of the protected area excluded from the application of the provisions of the Regulation.
