Regulation of the Minister of Environment and Forestry Number 25 of 2022 concerning the Business Processes of the Ministry of Environment and Forestry

This Regulation, in order to implement provisions of Article 52 paragraph (2) of Presidential Regulation Number 92 of 2020, concerning concerning the Ministry of Environment and Forestry, provides for implementing good, effective, efficient and accountable governance and business processes of the Ministry. The Regulation requires that each organisational unit within the Ministry completes the business processes, as a reference for work arrangements in carrying out the following activity: definition of guidelines, analysis of vision, mission and objectives, verification and validation procedures, forestry planning and environmental management, conservation of natural resources and ecosystems, river basin management and forest rehabilitation, sustainable forest management, control of pollution and environmental damage, management of waste, control of hazardous substances, climate change control, enforcement of environmental and forestry law, standardisation of environmental and forestry instruments.
