Regulation of the Minister of Environment and Forestry Number 5 of 2024 concerning Amendments to Regulation of the Minister of Environment and Forestry Number 15 of 2021 concerning the Organisation and Work Procedures of the Ministry of Environment and Forestry

This Ministerial Regulation amends the Regulation of the Minister of Environment and Forestry Number 15 of 2021 concerning the Organisation and Work Procedures of the Ministry of Environment and Forestry, in order to optimise the procurement functions of the services and work procedures provided by the Ministry. Amendments concern the following matters: duties of the General Department for coordinating and developing archiving and documentation affairs, household and equipment, management of state assets, leadership administration, protocol, and management of procurement of goods and services; implementation of correspondence of the Ministry; preparation of planning for needs, procurement, use, security and maintenance, assessment, transfer, administration, development, supervision and control of state property; implementation of of administrative and protocol matters; implementation of procurement management of goods and services; development of human resources; development of household affairs, internal affairs, and health services for the employees of the Ministry; articulation of the internal divisions of the General Department of the Ministry; tasks of the State Property Management Section.
