Abstract
This Ministerial Regulation, in order to implement the provisions of Article 9, Article 15 paragraph (4), and Article 18 paragraph (2) of the Government Regulation no. 27 of 2020 concerning Specific Waste Management, concerns management of waste containing toxic and hazardous substances. The Regulation covers the following matters: waste reduction and handling of hazardous and toxic waste; industrial origin of waste; recycling of waste; transportation of waste.
