Abstract
This Ministerial Regulation, implementing provisions of article 20 paragraph (5) letter b, of Law Number 32 of 2009 concerning environmental protection and management, establishes standards for wastewater quality, based on environmental conditions. The Regulation concerns: wastewater quality standards for several business activity; permits for discharging wastewater into water sources; processing of domestic, hazardous and toxic waste; level of concentration of pollutants into the water and inspection parameters.
