Abstract
This Ministerial Regulation, in order to reduce high cost of economy, aims at increasing competitiveness and improvement of forest governance and provides for creation of a comprehensive forest inventory and a work plan on utilisation of industrial timber forest products. Matters covered by this Regulation concern: plantation forest concession rights; business plan for the utilisation of timber forest products in the forest industrial plants; data collection about the conditions of a forest and the environmental balance and socio-economic development of local communities; forest area clearing; forest inventory; land preparation for planting purposes; forest management plan; logging waste; issuance of permits; utilisation of non-timber forest products; control and monitoring; revocation of previous Regulations.
