Regulation of the Minister of Forestry RI No. 37/Menhut-V/2010 on Procedure for the Compilation of the Management Plan on the Rehabilitation of Forest and Land.

This Regulation, consisting of 53 articles divided into 4 Chapters, provides for the Management Plan on the Rehabilitation of Forest and Land (RPRHL). The objectives of this Guideline are: to provide direction for parties that have the competence in the compilation of Management Plan on the rehabilitation of Forest and Land; to provide a management plan to manage the performance of RHL activities (including mangroves, coastal forests, swamps and turf) management of forest and potential of resources (manpower, means and infrastructures, and funds) in each Regency/City are and forest zone. The Regulation is divided as follows: General provisions (Chap. I); RPRHL Compilation Method and Content (Chap. II); Procedure Compilation (Chap. III); Closing provisions (Chap. IV).
