Abstract
This Regulation sets out procedures and requirements to apply for licences for the collection of forest timber and non-timber products in production forests.
The Regulation defines obligations of licence holders and specifies acts which shall be prohibited such as felling any tree under protection or restrictions on the use of mechanic tools or heavy tools.
In addition, the Regulation defines the authorities responsible for exercising control and supervision over the issuance of licences and over licence holders, and specifies reasons for revoking licences.
