Abstract
This Ministerial Regulation amends the Ministerial Regulation no. 71 of 2016, in order to ensure an equitable access to drinking water services for the community, and guarantee transparency in the implementation of the services. The Regulation covers the following matters: drinking water production; regional owned enterprises providing drinking water services; supervisory board; definition of standards for basic drinking water requirements. The amendment concerns: cost recovery; determination of upper and lower limit rates and tariffs; customers classification and grouping methods; business costs; determination of standard water loss and reduction of water loss; preparation of drinking water supply system master plan, and of regional drinking water development plan.
