Abstract
This Regulation, consisting of 7 Chapters divided in 34 articles, regulates article 30 of Regulation of the Minister of Marine Affaires and Fishery No. PER.08/MEN/2012 and establishes requirements to be satisfied and criteria to be followed in order to perform any activity related to environmental standards and administrative procedures that Ports for Fisheries must comply (including land use planning, fishing vessels requirements, Log-book on fish caught, etc. The Regulation is divided as follows: General Provisions (Chap. I); System of National Fishery Port (Chap. II); Duty and Authority (Chap. III); Implementation of Duty and Authority (Chap. IV); Identity, Functional Facilities and Infrastructures (Chap. V); Management, Reporting and Evalutation (Chap. VI); Other provisions (Chap. VII).
