Regulation of the Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries Number 3 of 2025 concerning Amendments to Regulation of the Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries Number 33 of 2023 Implementing Regulations of Government Number 26 of 2023 concerning Management of Sedimentation Results in the Sea.

This Ministerial Regulation amends the Regulation of the Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries Number 33 of 2023 concerning implementation measures of Government Regulation Number 26 of 2023 concerning Management of Marine Sedimentation Results, in order to: provide certainty of business and convenience for business actors in utilising sea sand. Amendments concern: types of minerals found in marine sedimentation results, including precious minerals and metallic or non-metallic minerals; storage of sedimentations for their utilisation; utilisation purposes, including: reclamation, infrastructure development, preparation of domestic sea sand management plans; authorisation and permits for business actors for using minerals and sedimentations; requirements for exportation purposes; analysis of chemical, and biological conditions of the waters; methods and means for cleaning up sedimentation results at sea and use of vessels and ships.
