Abstract
This Ministerial Regulation amends the Regulation of the Minister of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Number 47/PERMEN-KP/2020 concerning the Implementation of Fisheries Supervisory Duties, in order to accommodate increasingly complex developments in supervision. The Regulation defines: appointment of fisheries supervisors; issuance of fishing business permits; issuance of permits for fishing transport; fishing vessel; fishing port; fish farming; fish feed; fish medicine; fishing conservation area. Amendments concern: modification of method for appointing fisheries supervisors; duties and tasks of supervisors, including: control of nets and gears, other fishing equipment and activity; presence of requested instruments on board of fishing vessels; conformity of landing port; fish feed and fish medicine certification; conformity and quality of fish products.
