Regulation of the Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries Number 5 of 2025 concerning Amendments to Regulation of the Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries Number 30 of 2021 concerning Marine Space Supervision.

This Ministerial Regulation amends the Regulation of the Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries Number 30 of 2021 concerning Marine Space Supervision, in order to increase effectiveness and efficiency in the implementation of marine space supervision and marine space utilisation activities. Amendments concern: elements of marine space surveillance, including supervision of the utilisation of marine resources on the basis of business licensing standards for the Marine Space Management sub-sector; supervision procedures and control of inland sea, archipelagic waters and territorial sea; extension of the jurisdictional area to the exclusive economic zone and the continental shelf; exchange of data and information on marine spatial planning activities; issuance of business licences and compliance with related standards; report of supervision results.
