Abstract
This Regulation, consisting of 892 articles divided into twenty Chapters and ten Annexes, establishes the organization of the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries (CTF). It establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned Ministry, entitled to: formulate and determine policies on marine areas spatial management, conservation and marine biodiversity, coastal and small island management, fisheries management, aquaculture management, strengthening competitiveness and logistics system of marine and fishery products, enhancing the sustainability of marine and fishery business; implement policies on the above mentioned sectors; implement technical guidance and supervision over the marine spatial management policy; conducting research in the field of marine and fisheries development; implement fish quarantine, quality control, fishery product safety; implement integrated marine and fishery centre development; support substantive to all elements of the organization within the CTF; provide administrative support within the CTF, etc.
