Regulation of the Minister of Marine and Fisheries of the R.I. No. Per.30/Men/2012 on the Capture Fisheries Business in the National Management Area.

This Regulation, consisting of 94 articles divided into 16 Chapters and nine Annexes, regulates the Capture Fisheries Business in the National Management Area. It specifies the requirements to obtain a Fishing Licence, such as, Type and Term of fisheries business operation, including: a) fisheries industry; b) fish industry transportation; c) fisheries transportation business; and d) integrated fisheries business.
