Regulation of the Minister of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Number 19 of 2024 concerning Fish Medicine

This Ministerial Regulation, in order to implement provisions of Government Regulation no. 28 of 2017 concerning fish farming and cultivation, concerns fish medicines. The Regulation defines the following relevant terms: fish medicine; business identification number; raw materials for fish medicines; feed additives and supplements; good practices for fish medicines; fish medicines registration certificate; importation of fish medicine raw materials; aquaculture analyst functional officer; fish health manager. The Regulation covers the following matters: supply and distribution of fish medicines; classification of types of fish medicines; use of fish medicines for the following purposes: relieving symptoms of fish disease; modifying chemical processes in the fish; treating fish; business licensing services to support fish medicines distribution.
