Regulation of the Minister of Public Works and Public Housing no. 04/PRT/M/2017 of 2017 concerning the Implementation of Domestic Waste Water Management Systems.

This Ministerial Regulation, implementing provisions of article 34 paragraph (2) of the Government Regulation no. 122 of 2015 concerning provision of drinking water systems, concerns the implementation of the domestic wastewater management system, and the provision of related services. The Regulation aims therefore at: ensuring the quality and sustainability of the wastewater management system; improving public health; strengthening environmental protection; protecting drinking water from wastewater pollution. Matters covered by this Regulation include: organisation of wastewater management system; community involvement and management; domestic waste treatment; financing and funding; construction and maintenance of the wastewater management system.
