Regulation of the Minister of Public Works and Public Housing no. 19/PRT/M/2016 of 2016 concerning Providing Support by the Central Government and/or Regional Government in Cooperation in the Implementation of Drinking Water Supply Systems.

This Ministerial Regulation, implementing provisions of article 56 paragraph (6) of the Government Regulation no. 122 of 2015 concerning provision of drinking water systems, provides for implementing the drinking water supply systems through the support of central and regional governments. The Regulation concerns: ministerial and governmental cooperation in drinking water supply systems; fiscal contribution, subsidies, and other forms of support in the field of finance and State assets; issuance of water permits, for water resources exploitation; investment in development; community management; preparation of a cooperation planning, including: financial feasibility studies, risk analysis and risk management.
