Abstract
This Ministerial Regulation amends the Ministerial Regulation no. 29 of 2019 concerning provisions on import and export of animals and animal products, in order to respond to the needs of the public in terms of efficiency in import and export, and to increase effectiveness in import and export implementation. Amendments concern: procedures for electronic application concerning importation of animal products; labelling of imported processed meat ready for distribution; measures concerning slaughtering; certificate of health for import of animal products from areas at risk of spreading diseases; halal certification for imported animal products; animal products and parts of animals whose import is prohibited.
