This Regulation amends several provisions of Regulation of the Ministry of Forestry No. P.43/Menhut-II/2014 on the Assessment for Performance of Forestry Sustainable Production Management and Verification of Timber Legality to License Holders or Private Forests. Amendments deal with requirements for licensing, registration, industrial business licensing and certification, Forest Management right, Private forests, import/export, etc.
