Abstract
This Regulation lays down procedures and guidelines for the calculation of tariffs for the supply of drinking water by Regional Administration-owned drinking water companies. The principles for stipulating tariffs shall include: quality of service; cost recovery; efficiency in the use of water; standard water protection.
