Abstract
This Presidential Regulation is enacted to implement the provisions of Law Number 25 of 2004 concerning the National Development Planning.
The National Mid-Term Development Plan 2020-2024, referred to as the National RPJM in the Regulation, is a national development planning document for a period of 5 (five) years from 2020 to 2024.
National RPJM shall serve as: a. guidelines for Ministries / Institutions in compiling Strategic Plans of Ministries / Institutions; b. materials for the preparation and adjustment of the Regional RPJM by taking into account the duties and functions of the regional government in achieving national targets contained in the National RPJM; c. Government guidelines in preparing Work Plans; d. basic reference in monitoring and evaluation implementation of the National RPJM. The National RPJM may become a reference for the community participate in the implementation of national development.
