Abstract
This Order provides for specified matters in relation with meat products.
In derogation of standards of Commission Regulation No. 2073/2005 this Order allows a person to sell or supply minced meat, a meat preparation or a meat product, intended to be eaten cooked: (a) if the minced meat, meat preparation or meat product is thoroughly cooked and clearly labelled or marked in accordance with this Order: and (b) if the seller holds, in respect of the establishment where the minced meat, meat preparation or meat product is prepared, a specified consent. The Order also prohibits a person to export such minced meat, a meat preparation or meat product and such products shall not be marked with the mark referred to in Article 5 of Regulation (EC) No. 853/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
