Abstract
This Order makes Bovine genital ampylobacteriosis, Heartwater, and Leishmaniasis a disease to which the Animal Health and Welfare Act 2013 applies. All provisions of the Act shall apply to these diseases to the extent they would if they were included in Schedule 2 of that Act.
