Abstract
These Regulations prohibit a person to sell by public sale or supply, export or expose for export any horned cattle. This rule is a penal provision to which section 36(4)(b) of the Animal Health and Welfare Act 2013 applies. The rule does not apply to a bull entered in a herd book and other specified categories of horned cattle.
