Arterial Drainage Acts, 1945 and 1955 (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations, 1990.

These Regulations prescribe bodies to which copies of an environmental impact statement prepared in respect of proposed arterial drainage works must be sent a drainage scheme prepared in accordance with section 4 the Arterial Drainage Act, 1945, and, as such, give effect to the provisions of the European Communities (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations, 1989 (S.I. No. 349 of 1989)) which amended the Act.
