Abstract
This Order amends the Diseases of Animals Act 1966 (Notification and Control of Animal Diseases) Order 2008 in the Schedule by making Bovine Viral Diarrhoea (BVD) a notifiable disease. The Schedule was inserted in the 2008 Order by the Diseases of Animals Act 1966 (Notification and Control of Animal Diseases) (Amendment) Order 2010.
