Abstract
This Order gives effect to Council Directive No. 95/29/EC which provides inter alia detailed rules on the watering and feeding intervals, journey times and rest periods for animals during transportation. For this purpose the Principal Order is hereby amended by the substitution for Chapter VII of the First Schedule of the a Chapter entitled "Watering and Feeding Intervals, Journey Times and Rest Periods".
