Diseases of Animals (Protection of Animals during Transport) (Amendment) Order, 2003 (S.I. No. 465 of 2003).

The effect of this Order is to provide for revised conditions for the protection of animals during transport. Amendments concern submittal to an inspector of the completed route plan, refusal by the Minister of authorisation to the trasporter if he/she is satisfied that the relevant provisions of this Order are not being complied with by a transporter,and inspection of animals before transport.
