European Communities Act, 1972 (Environmental Specifications for Petrol, Diesel Fuels and Gas Oils for use by non-road mobile machinery, including inland waterway vessels, agricultural and forestry tractors, and recreational craft) (Amendment) Regulations 2015 (S.I. No. 236 of 2015).

These Regulations amend the European Communities Act, 1972 (Environmental Specifications for Petrol, Diesel Fuels and Gas Oils for use by non-road mobile machinery, including inland waterway vessels, agricultural and forestry tractors, and recreational craft) Regulations 2011 so as to update European standards with regard to the testing of petrol and diesel. The Regulations transpose Commission Directive 2014/77/EU amending, for the purpose of its adaptation to technical progress, Directive 98/70/EC2 of the European Parliament and of the Council relating to the quality of petrol and diesel fuels.
