Abstract
These Regulations set a maximum sulphur content for gas oils marketed for use by non-road mobile machinery, inland waterway vessels when not at sea, agricultural and forestry tractors, and recreational craft when not at sea and permit the placing on the market of petrol with a specified maximum ethanol content and diesel fuels with a specified maximum fatty acid methyl ester content and require suppliers of fuels to provide appropriate information on the biofuel content and blend of such fuels. They also require that suppliers provide appropriate information to consumers concerning the biofuel content, if any, of gas oils intended for use by non-road mobile machinery, etc.
