Abstract
These Regulations regulate the operations of dealers in ovine animals in relation with health problems affecting intra-community trade in such animals. They also lay down obligations and responsibilities of traders in relation to their registration and approval of premises, the keeping of records and provision of information relating to their operations. A Dealer who buys and sells commercially either directly or indirectly animals, who has a regular turnover of these animals and who, within a maximum of 29 days of buying them resells or relocates them, must be registered under these Regulations.
