Abstract
These Regulations amend the European Communities (Assessment and Management of Flood Risks) Regulations 2010 with respect to: construction of certain references in Principal Regulations; objections to flood hazard maps by any person who is the owner, occupier or user of the land shown on such maps; sending of flood risk management plans to county councils. They also amend the First Schedule to the principal Regulations.
