Abstract
These Regulations give effect to Commission Directive 2003/119/EC of 5 December 2003. The Directive amends Council Directive 91/414/EEC concerning the placing of plant protection products on the market and provides for the inclusion of the active substances Mesosulfuron, Propoxycarbazone and Zoxamide to Annex I to Council Directive 91/414/EEC.
