Abstract
These Regulations give effect to Commission Directive 2005/2/EC and Commission Directive 2005/3/EC. These Directives, which amend Council Directive 91/414/EEC concerning the placing of plant protection products on the market, provide for the inclusion of the active substances Ampelomyces quisqualis, Gliocladium catenulatum, Imazosulfuron, Laminarin, Methoxyfenozide and S-Metolachlor.
