Abstract
These Regulations amend the European Communities (Authorization, Placing on the Market, Use and Control of Plant Protection Products) Regulations so as to specify detailed requirements and procedures concerning handling and use of plant protection products by farmers and other professional end-users. The Regulations specify design and operational requirements for end-user storage facilities, and specify the records to be maintained. These Regulations also serve to define certain terms and to update the enforcement provisions of the Regulations.
