These Regulations amend the European Communities (Authorization, Placing on the Market, Use and Control of Plant Protection Products) Regulations so as to give effect to Commission Directive 2005/53/EC of 16 September 2005 and Commission Directive 2005/54/EC of 19 September 2005 amending Council Directive 91/414/EEC to include chlorothalonil, chlorotoluron, cypermethrin, daminozide, thiophanate-methyl and tribenuron as active substances.
