These Regulations amend the European Communities (Authorization, Placing on the Market, Use and Control of Plant Protection Products) Regulations 2003 by redefining “Directive of 1991”. The effect of this implementation of amendments made to the Council Directive is the inclusion of specified substances as active substances and the modification in Annex I of the Directive regarding specific provisions for the use of the specified active substances.
