These Regulations amend the European Communities (Authorization, Placing on the Market, Use and Control of Biocidal Products) Regulations 2001 give effect to various EC Directives relating to carbon dioxide, thiamethoxam, propiconazole, IPBC, cyclohexylhydroxydiazene 1-oxide, potassium salt (K-HDO), difenacoum, thiabendazole and ebuconazole.
