European Communities (Authorization, Placing on the Market, Use and Control of Plant Protection Products) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 2009 (S.I. No. 204 of 2009).

These Regulations amend the European Communities (Authorization, Placing on the Market, Use and Control of Plant Protection Products) Regulations 2003 in the definition of "the Directive of 1991", e.g. Council Directive No. 91/414/EEC. The definition now includes an amendment made by that Directive by Commission Directive 2009/37/EC. These Regulations transpose amendments to Annex I of Council Directive 91/414/EEC as regards an extension of the use of the active substance pyraclostrobin and also by including the specified active substances.
