European Communities (Authorization, Placing on the Market, Use and Control of Plant Protection Products) (Amendment) (No. 4) Regulations, 2009 (S.I. No. 329 of 2009).

These Regulations amend the European Communities (Authorization, Placing on the Market, Use and Control of Plant Protection Products) Regulations 2003 in provisions concerning, among other things, powers of authorized officers, prosecution of offences, issuing of compliance notices by authorized officers, appeal against a compliance notice and emergency measures in case of failure to comply with a compliance notice.
