Abstract
These Regulations amend the European Communities (Authorization, Placing on the Market, Use and Control of Plant Protection Products) Regulations 2003 by carrying into effect for Ireland the amendments to Annex I of Council Directive 91/414/EEC with regard to the extension of the expiry dates for inclusion to Annex I of certain active substances and with respect to the list of active substances.
