These Regulations amend the European Communities (Authorization, Placing on the Market, Use and Control of Plant Protection Products) Regulations 2003 by carrying into effect for Ireland the amendments to Annex I of Council Directive 91/414/EEC with regard to (restrictions on use of) certain active substances and with respect to the list of active substances. Those substances are pesticides.
