European Communities (Authorization, Placing on the Market, Use and Control of Biocidal Products) (Amendment) Regulations 2012 (S.I. No. 93 of 2012).

These Regulations amend the European Communities (Authorization, Placing on the Market, Use and Control of Biocidal Products) Regulations 2001 by substituting for the definition of “the Directive of 1998” (inserted by the European Communities (Authorisation, Placing on the Market, Use and Control of Biocidal Products) (Amendment) (No.2) Regulations 2011 (S.I. No.202 of 2011)) a new definition that includes Commission Directive 2012/2/EU of 9 February 2012 and Commission Directive 2012/3/EU of 9 February 2012.
