European Communities (Avian Influenza) (Control on Imports from Croatia and Switzerland) Regulations, 2008 (S.I. No. 327 of 2008).

This Order provides anew for restrictions on the importation and having in possession of live birds and avian products, including pet food, from Croatia and Switzerland so as to prevent importation of avian influenza. The Order further defines powers of authorized officers with respect to the enforcement of provisions of this Order and prescribes offences.
