Abstract
These Regulations amend the European Communities (Avian Influenza) (Control on Movement of Pet Birds) Regulations 2007 so as to give effect to Commission Implementing Decision 2013/635 of 31 October 2013 amending Decisions 2005/734/EC, 2006/415/EC and 2007/25/EC, as regards the importation into the Union of pet birds.
