Abstract
These Regulations amend European Communities (Avian Influenza) (Precautionary Measures) Regulations 2008 so as to give effect to Commission Implementing Decision 2012/248 amending Decisions 2005/692/EC, 2005/734/EC, 2007/25/EC and 2009/494/EC, as regards the continuation of Biosecurity Measures to be applied against the risk of Avian Influenza.
