Abstract
This Regulation provides the characteristics and conditions required for describing vegetable varieties. An official inspection carried out for the acceptance of vegetable varieties shall cover the characteristics listed in Annex 1 of Commission Directive 72/168/EEC. The conditions listed in Annex II of Commission Directive shall be fulfilled at time of inspection. Vegetable varieties has the same meaning as in the Commission Directive.
